How We Build World-Class Apparel from Ground Up
True custom manufacturing is much more than sewing pre-cut blanks. At AUSTINWEAR, every garment starts with yarn and pattern specifications tailored to your brand's unique demographic and fit identity.
Operating within Sialkot's specialized textile industrial district, our facilities combine skilled craftspeople with modern cutting tables, specialized stitching lines, computerized embroidery machinery, and in-house printing setups to ensure continuous oversight at every stage.
Detailed Stage-by-Stage Workflow
Transparency is our cornerstone. Here is how your orders are transformed from raw textile into finished retail packaging.
Product Development & Tech Packs
We collaborate with your design team to clarify silhouettes, measurement charts, seam allowances, and component trims. If you don't have a formal tech pack, our merchandising team can assist in creating graded specs from reference garments.
Fabric Sourcing & Knitting
We source combed ring-spun cottons, luxury French Terry, poly-interlocks, brushed fleece, and 4-way stretch Spandex. Custom fabric weights (GSM) and Pantone color reactive dyeing are carried out according to client requirements.
Pattern Making & Grading
Our master pattern makers generate computer-aided CAD patterns. Every size from XS up to 5XL is proportioned to maintain silhouette balance, armhole comfort, and drop-shoulder dimensions accurately.
Precision Cutting
Fabric rolls are relaxed on laying tables to prevent shrinkage tension. High-precision electric rotary and laser cutting ensure razor-sharp edges and exact dimensional consistency across hundreds of garment panels.
Industrial Stitching & Assembly
Our dedicated sewing lines utilize flatlock machinery (for non-chafing activewear), 4-thread overlockers, coverstitch units, and twin-needle hemmers. Every seam is reinforced at critical pressure points with bar-tack stitching.
Printing & Embroidery Lab
Before or after panel assembly, graphic embellishments are applied. Techniques include silkscreen printing (water-based & plastisol), high-density 3D puff, full-bleed sublimation, and computerized multi-color embroidery.
Finishing & Steam Pressing
Industrial vacuum steam tables eliminate wrinkles, set the fabric drape, and activate water-repellent or soft-hand finishes.
Quality Checks & Needle Detection
Tension tests, thread trimming, measurement checks against client tech pack, and magnetic needle scanning for safety compliance.
Custom Packaging
Garments are attached with custom hang tags, folded with desiccant silica packs, and packed into custom branded frosted zipper polybags.
Global Export Shipping
Export cartons strapped and shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS (air express 4-7 days) or sea freight container with customs documentation.
